Jamaica leads Guatemala 1-0 at half time

Jamaica's Demar Phillips has scored the first goal for Jamaica in the World Cup Football campaign opener against Guatemala at the National Stadium.



Phillips scored in the 41st minute.



Earlier, captain Donovan Ricketts had to go off the field on a stretcher after picking up an injury.



Luton Shelton was also stretchered off, but returned soon after.



Shelton tried at goal one minute before the half-time break, but he was not successful.
