Deadline to file annual tax returns

Today is the last day for employers to file their annual tax returns for Income and Education tax.



The documents are to be filed at the various Inland Revenue departments in accordance with the Education and Income Tax Acts.



According to the tax administration department, the income tax return form should be filed along with the employer’s annual return of PAYE tax deduction.



The Tax Administration department said companies with a large staff complement can make arrangement with the Inland Revenue department, to supply staff names and tax payments on a computer generated list.
