More than 300 students received an experience of a lifetime when they were taken on their first train ride, courtesy of the JWN Foundation in affiliation with Nestle Jamaica last week.
The unforgettable train ride was a much-needed release for students who recently completed the Grade Six Achievement Test and formed part of the JWN Foundation's long-term commitment to positively shaping lives and supporting educational development for its communities. The excursion saw participation from students of the Seaview Gardens, Balmagie and Seaward primary schools, who were accompanied by their teachers.
Nestle provided the students with a light snack and entertainment with its Milo mobile truck as well as a gift bag.
