They were ordered to return to court on Wednesday, April 19.
Salmon will however, reappear on April 5 when her attorney Joel Nelson is expected to make another bail application.
All five were also denied bail when they appeared in court yesterday because two statements from the investigating officers were outstanding.
Having received those statements, the judge said it was best to remand the accused.
