Jobs for Labourites left, right and centre
THE EDITOR, Sir:
It would seem that when Andrew Holness promised prosperity, he meant for some and not for all. When teachers, nurses, police, and other public servants asked for a pittance to be put on their salaries, they were called unreasonable and even wicked because they weren't considerate of the tight financial crunch the country was experiencing.
Then it comes to light that an associate of a minister has moved from the private sector to Petrojam and is receiving more than $12 million per year as salary.
Ghost Consultants
Then there is the matter of the ghost consultants. People just earn millions solely because of their political affiliation. Is it that only politically aligned persons deserve prosperity?
And as soon as you speak out, you are labelled 'bad-mind' or PNP, as if persons can't have a concern about the running of their country without having a political motive.
When will enough be enough?
