All roads lead to the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen this Friday night as Appleton Estate kicks off National Rum Day.

Although National Rum Day will be globally celebrated on Saturday, Jamaica’s celebration starts Friday at the Progressive Shopping Centre’s kitchen, market and studio in Liguanea, St Andrew.

Appleton aims to set the bar high with a line-up of signature cocktails, including the Appleton Estate signature golden mojito and stormy valley; the Appleton Estate 8-Year-Old Reserve unreserved passion and epic; and Appleton Estate 21-Year-Old Rare Cask rare Alexander.

Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or simply love a smooth pour, these crafted mixes are the perfect way to warm up for the big day as DJ Franco and DJ Nova spin the hits.

When Saturday, National Rum Day, comes around, the celebrations will go islandwide with specials at some of Jamaica’s hottest hangouts.
