The Labour Ministry has intervened in the dispute at the JUTC.

The Ministry has called the company’s management and the UAWU to meet at 2.30pm this afternoon.

Mr. Brown said the JUTC employees would return to work as soon as there are indications that their concerns will be addressed.

Several weeks ago, Transport Minister, Mike Henry promised to intervene in the dispute at the JUTC.

Mr. Henry said he would be meeting with the JUTC chairman Douglas Chambers, with a view to correcting the situation involving the deductions from the workers salaries.
