Justin Gatlin insists he has more left in the tank, despite clocking 9.80 seconds in the 100 metres at US Olympic trials.

The American sprinter takes on compatriot Tyson Gay tomorrow in Paris at the latest Diamond League event.

The 30-year-old Gatlin won gold at the 2004 Athens Olympics but was later handed a four-year ban for a doping offence.

Gatlin said he is more focussed, more determined and wiser now.
