Jamaican Junior Tennis players off to international tournament

Five of Jamaica’s male junior players will be competing in the prestigious Eddie Herr International Junior Tennis Championship, which begins tomorrow in Bradenton, Florida.
The group will be headed by 17-year-old Brandon Burke, who is currently ranked at number 113 on the International Tennis Federation (ITF), World Junior Rankings.
Burke has been accepted into the main draw of the highly competitive 18 and Under Division, which is a Grade one event on the ITF Worldwide Junior Circuit.
He will be accompanied by 14-year-olds Daniel Harris and Ryan Simms, 13-year-old Simon Levy and 11-year-old Andrew Bicknell.
The Eddie Herr Junior Tournament is widely recognised as one of the premier junior competitions in the world.
