Devon 'Concrete' Moncriffe emerged Jamaica's ultimate middleweight boxer when he scored a points win over Tsetsi 'Lights Out' Davis in the Wray & Nephew Middleweight Contender Series Boxing Finals at the National Indoor Sports Centre on Wednesday night.

In an exciting bout, judges Clifford Brown and Keith Brown scored it 97-93 and 98-93, respectively, while judge Lindell Allen had it 96-94 for Davis. The winner collected $1 million and the runner-up $500,000.

In the fight for third place, Richard Reittie scored a unanimous points win over Ramel "Sub Zero' Lewis. Reittie claimed the third-place purse of $250,000 while Lewis took home $200,000.
