Sterling Asset Management hosted its 11th Anniversary Invitational Golf Tournament over the weekend and FHC Credit Union, alongside Wealth Magazine, also hosted a corporate mingle at the Spanish Court Hotel. How important do you think Restaurant Week is and what role does it play in the culinary industry in Jamaica?

"We think it's a great initiative. We still see where it is growing and now extending to Jamaican restaurants overseas. It gives people the opportunity to try new restaurants at great prices. It is a camaraderie that exists and continues for a week. Times are tough, particularly in Jamaica, so it's good to pull people into the restaurants since they may not typically visit restaurants on a daily occasion."
