On Saturday, July 24, at approximately 4 p.m., Marsha Wilson walked down the aisle to meet her husband-to-be, Christopher Maxwell, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Stony Hill. Minutes later, the congregation was introduced to the newlyweds, Christopher and Marsha Maxwell, and they were greeted with welcoming applause.

In a short ceremony, the two were united as one through the exchange of vows, following Deacon Ron Burgess' address and advice. With the groom eagerly anticipating the go-ahead, he could hardly restrain himself from kissing his wife, much to the amusement of family and friends.

After leaving the church, congratulations and kisses were in store for the married couple, who also took breaks to smile for the many cameras on hand.

The wedding reception followed at the Boone Hall Oasis, also located at Stony Hill in St Andrew.
