On Saturday, July 17, Ba-bee-licious was officially opened to the public by owner Shauna Gaye-Hart. The baby store caters to mothers and mothers-to-be, as well as children up to six years old. Beautifully decorated, the spacious location was abuzz with activity as guests turned up to peruse the offerings, with some purchasing a few necessities.

To keep the children entertained, there were animals including rabbits and a snake that certainly got the attention of the children, and even the parents. The animals provided perfect picture moments for children. There was also a craft section which was a hit with the children, who got their faces painted and bodies 'tattooed'.

Things got off to a slow start, perhaps due to the rains, but the numbers increased quickly as it got closer to the evening. This was one opening that was truly a family affair.

Ba-bee-licious is located at Unit 5, 123 Constant Spring Road.
