Deli Works Diversifies

With its slogan, 'Come Hungry, Leave Happy', Deli Works is always set on satisfying the varying food appetites of its customers. And in an attempt to diversify the range of food options at the deli located in Sovereign Centre, Liguanea, Deli Works owner Michael Hall says there have been additions to the menu.
Launched a little over two months ago, the new additions have been given a separate menu dubbed 'Hamburgaz at Deli Works'. From this, customers now have the options of selecting a range of burgers which are categorised based on meat.
According to Hall, who operates the business along with his wife Colleen, the burger menu materialised after serious thought. "I just wanted to add something that people would like and could appreciate. Years ago upstairs the Oxford Pharmacy, there was a restaurant that had the best burgers. And so I thought why not do something like that, and I created a menu with gourmet burgers."
Since the introduction of the burger menu, the owner notes that the reception has been great. "It has been really good, and our existing customers remain loyal and we are also seeing some younger people coming in."
It is also Hall's intention to have Deli Works regarded as the burger central, where persons can indulge in good, filling and tasty burgers. And since the burgers have so far become a hit with many, he is optimistic about the success of the new menu.
Vegetarians are not left out of the mix at Deli Works. The Easy Snappin', which features snapper filet is one of the tasty options as part of the specialty burgers.
