Heather Goldson (second left), director, Supreme Ventures Foundation, had the attention of Christopher Samuda (second right), president of the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA), Gary Peart (left), executive chairman of Supreme Ventures Limited, and Ryan Foster, secretary general, JOA shortly after the signing of a five-year sponsorship agreement worth $75 million from Supreme Ventures Limited Group to the JOA at the JOA offices in Kingston earlier today.

Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has renewed a partnership with the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA), which will last five years for $75 million.

The agreement was signed off on at the offices of the JOA this morning between president of the JOA, Christopher Samuda, and executive chairman of SVL Gary Peart.

In his speech, Samuda emphasised the importance of sponsors such as SVL, partnering with the JOA to enable more sporting disciplines from Jamaica to participate in the Olympic Games.

He stated that reshaping the JOA to broaden involvement is the paradigm of the current JOA executive.

Meanwhile, according to Peart, SVL had decided long before the partnership's renewal on its continuation.

He stated that the JOA executive has made working together easy.

The previous agreement was for $45 million over three years.
