“BIRTHED FROM a God-inspired vision in 2021 to merge administration, creativity, production, media and Kingdom purpose into one powerhouse platform, Arianna Lawrence, coined the term ASW. It began as a small, faith-fuelled idea to help leaders, ministries and brands communicate their message with excellence,” AriConnects told Growth & Jobs.

“By 2024, that vision expanded into AriConnects, a pioneering hybrid creative-media production agency, designed to elevate experiences, manage talent and curate events that reflect both professional excellence and spiritual authenticity. The collision of the vision to serve the body of Christ has now formed a full ecosystem where calling and excellence collide.”

So, it was founded by Arianna Lawrence, a master of ceremony, a speaker, and minister at Kingdom Word and Power Liberation Church. It was created “to fill a unique gap in the industry, providing both creative production and talent development under one roof”.

It aims to help leaders, entrepreneurs and ministries amplify their message with clarity, excellence, and impact. They specialise in event production, brand strategy, media management and professional emcee services. “Beyond booking and managing emcees for events, we also mentor and train emerging hosts through our Eleve Agency Workshops,” AriConnects said.

They told The Gleaner the name AriConnects was inspired by the heart of “connection”, connecting people to purpose, talent to opportunity and vision to execution. “It represents the bridge we build between creativity and excellence. It reflects Arianna’s heart to bridge and to build authentic connections that bring dreams to life.”

“Our team is made up of creative professionals, event planners, media specialists and administrative strategists who are passionate about Kingdom impact and brand growth. Collectively, we bring years of experience in communications, production, marketing and leadership development,” AriConnects said further. But, what opportunities are available for growth and jobs for people who might be interested in the business?

“We’re always open to partnering with emcees, creatives and event professionals who want to grow in their craft. We’re always looking for interns and volunteers who want to learn how to refine their brand/voice.

“Through our Emcee Mentorship Programme and Creative Internships, we help aspiring hosts gain hands-on experience, network within the industry and become confident in managing events of all sizes. We also collaborate with production assistants, photographers and administrative talent on a project basis,” AriConnects replied.

Some of their “proudest milestones” include producing their first major event, ‘CHAYAH’, which saw “over 700 registrants”; establishing AriConnects Emcee Hub, Jamaica’s first creative platform for booking, mentoring and managing emcees; producing their first local conference with Evangelist Dr Taniesha Shaw (Wise Worthy Woman ) and securing their first International Client Project with Regina Martin, commissioner of North Lauderdale (Women on Assignment ); and partnering with major ministries, corporate clients and conferences, such as FLOW Jamaica, National Land Agency, et cetera.

AriConnects is also aiming to become “the Caribbean’s premier hybrid creative production agency, and the leading Emcee Hub that develops world-class communicators who carry both excellence and authenticity”. “We’re building a global platform where Kingdom and creative mastery collide,” they told The Gleaner, which saw the team participating in the recent Kingston Creative FAME Incubator ‘Memo Day’.

“The FAME Incubator gave us the structure and tools to refine our business model and scale our Emcee Hub vision sustainably. It provided mentorship, exposure and access to a network of innovators who understand that creativity can also be a viable, profitable, purpose-driven business. Demo Day allowed us to tell that story and position the AriConnects brand for global reach,” AriConnects said.

“Demo Day was both affirming and catalytic. It showcased the power of creative entrepreneurship in Jamaica and validated that there is a growing demand for what we do – blending administration, production, media, mentorship and marketplace in ministry. It was a defining moment that ignited even greater vision for expansion.”
