PSOJ offers free digital and AI readiness assessment to businesses
The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ), in partnership with global digital transformation firm Digitopia, is offering a free digital and artificial intelligence (AI) readiness assessment for local businesses.
The initiative builds on a partnership announced in June 2025 between PSOJ and Digitopia, aimed at advancing digital and AI readiness across Jamaica’s private sector.
PSOJ members and non-members who complete the 20-minute survey before October 15 will receive a free consultation with a Digitopia expert.
Designed for businesses with 10 or more employees across all sectors, the AI maturity assessment is a structured process used to evaluate an organisation’s current AI capabilities, and is focused on three key business dimensions: customer, operations and technology, with integrated AI maturity insights.
The assessment, a 20-minute survey, will be followed by a personalised, confidential report benchmarking the business’s digital and AI capabilities against global standards.
“This assessment gives our members valuable insights into where they stand digitally and what steps they can take to remain competitive,” said Sacha Vaccianna-Riley, executive director of PSOJ.
“In today’s business environment, understanding your digital and AI maturity is essential for growth and sustainability.”
According Christopher Reckord, an IT expert, “This free assessment removes barriers and provides actionable intelligence that companies can use immediately.”
“We’re seeing businesses across all industries recognise that digital transformation isn’t optional anymore,” noted Reckord, who also chairs the PSOJ’s Innovation and Digital Transformation Committee.
The assessment’s initial findings are scheduled to be presented at an Inter-American Development Bank forum in early November. The forum’s purpose is to provide insights and encourage businesses to complete their surveys ahead of the November 30 survey deadline.
