Water Lane came alive on Sunday as the Kingston Creative Artwalk Festival returned to the streets of downtown Kingston. Visitors moved effortlessly from booth to booth, exploring the work of painters, designers, artisans, and musicians who transformed the corridor into a vibrant showcase of local talent.
