If day one of Calabash 2025 made a statement, day two refined it. Saturday’s readings brought the expected literary gravitas – from morning Reasonings with Marlon James and standout open mic moments to the late-night energy of Cala-Clash. But the coastal crowd’s wardrobe spoke just as loudly. Breezy linens, flowing maxi dresses, knitted sets, and wide-legged palazzos set the tone, while accessories – crafted from artisanal fabrics and styled with intention – showed that at Calabash, fashion can be as expressive as the literature. Something Extra flips the page on festival style.
