$17M sign?

THE EDITOR, Sir:
What rubbish it that? Who is getting a kickback out of that? What's the justification for spending $17m on a sign when there are no hospital beds?
And why is the minister of tourism only now just looking into the matter because of public outcry?
Halt the project right now. We want to see the procurement procedure. What were the other quotes given to do the job?
