Ninth COVID death as St Mary records six more cases pushing Jamaica's tally to 469

Jamaica today recorded its ninth COVID-related death.

The deceased is a 72-year-old male patient from the Corporate Area.

In the meantime, there were six new coronavirus cases today pushing the total to 469.

All six cases are from St Mary pushing the parish tally to 15.

There were also five more recoveries today.

This means there are now 38 patients who have recovered and have been released from hospital.
