The security guard implicated in the shooting death of former St Elizabeth teacher Haile Clacken two Fridays ago, has been charged with murder.
He's 38-year-old Shawn Cole of a Manchester address.
Cole is scheduled to appear in the St Elizabeth Parish Court tomorrow.
Clacken, who taught at Munro College and The Hampton School for Girls, was shot dead reportedly after "attacking" a team of security guards on the Cheapside main road near Junction in the parish.
But residents say Clacken who suffered from a bi-polar disorder did not attack the security guards.
He had been travelling on a Guardsman armoured truck from Junction before he was shot.
