THE EDITOR, Madam: Hope springs that the US Supreme Court ruling on tariffs, along with other circumstances, will serve to strengthen the resolve and endeavour in countries that would wish to lend a helping hand to the cause of the Cuban people in this their season of distress that has taken them into even deeper paths than they have had to endure over time.
