Margaritaville Jamaica plans public share offering before year end

Margaritaville Jamaica plans to raise equity through a public offering within 90 days, giving investors a stake in the operator of three Margaritaville venues and a fine-dining restaurant on the island. The company operates Margaritaville Montego Bay, Margaritaville Negril, Margaritaville Ocho Rios and Marguerites Seafood by the Sea. It said Tuesday that it is working with Mayberry Investments and JMMB Investments on the offering.
