To mark International Stout Day, Dragon Stout partnered with mixologist Theo Miller to create Dragon knight, a bold, full-bodied take on Jamaican stout punch.

Created at Sandra’s Hot Spot on Goffe Terrace, off Spanish Town Road, the recipe combines Dragon Stout with dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream, Horlicks, and aromatic spices to create a rich and creamy flavour experience.

Finished with grated chocolate and a sprinkling of cinnamon, the Dragon knight is a new way to enjoy Dragon Stout and celebrate International Stout Day.

Dragon Knight Recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Dragon Stout

2 scoops of ice

2 tablespoons Horlicks

3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

9 dark chocolate squares
