Police in St Catherine hunt gunmen after farmer robbed

The Guanaboa Vale police in St Catherine are searching for two gunmen who held up and robbed a farmer of approximately $100,000.
Reports are that about 11:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, the man was driving along a roadway towards Barry district when, on reaching an area called Eleven Miles, a Toyota Probox drove in front of his vehicle, causing him to veer off the road.
Two men armed with guns reportedly exited the Toyota, stole a bag containing $100,000, and escaped in the vehicle.
The farmer subsequently reported the matter to the Guanaboa Vale police, who are investigating the incident.
