Kalea Roman has been named the 2025 winner of the Miss Jamaica World Eastern Region. She was crowned by Miss Jamaica World 2024 Tahje Bennett. The 21-year-old university student was announced the winner on Saturday night at the Alfred Sangster Auditorium, located at the University of Technology, Jamaica.
“I am so so elated. I just want to say thank you to all my supporters; my family, friends and everyone who came out tonight. I couldn’t have done it without you,” Roman said excitedly.
Tatiyana McKenzie was first runner-up, while Nevaeh Allen placed second runner-up.
Roman automatically advances to the Miss Jamaica World national competition, set for November 2.
