Gas going up $4.50 on Thursday

Motorists will need more cash to buy gas come Thursday.

The state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, says on Thursday, E-10 87 will move up by $4.50 to sell for $181.13 per litre and a litre of E-10 90 will also go up by $4.50 to sell for $188.57.

At the same time automotive diesel oil will move down by $0.25 per litre to sell for $188.75.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $195.59 per litre following a decrease of $0.25.

The price of kerosene will go down by $0.25, with that fuel to sell for $178.14.

In the meantime, propane cooking gas will go up by $1.20 to sell for $78.88, while butane will move up by $1.00 to sell for $86.80 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
