The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is dismissing claims that the entry fees for Jamaicans at Dunn’s River Falls and Park in St Ann have been adjusted.

The current rates for resident adults remain at J$1,000 (valid Jamaican ID required to access rate) and J$500 for resident children (ages 4-12).

Addressing the issue in a statement on Wednesday, the UDC said the rates remain the same.

“Dunn’s River Falls remains committed to ensuring that this treasured attraction continues to be accessible and affordable for all Jamaicans,” said UDC General Manager Bobby Honeyghan.

The UDC is encouraging the public to rely on official communication channels for accurate information regarding its properties and attractions.

“We understand the importance of clear information,” added Honeyghan.

“If there is ever any uncertainty about the rates or policies, we invite Jamaicans to reach out directly to the UDC or visit our verified platforms.”
